No knowledge of their own products. Always out, never answer phone, useless. Avoid.

Bought a wine rack from this company some time ago and decided I'd like to buy them in bulk to sell through my business. Called in with a photo of it to ask for a quote and was made to feel like I was an extremely low priority and told to send in measurements so they could give me a quote. That was January 16th and it turns out, my custom is such a low priority that despite emailing the measurements and calling three times, I have no quote. Today I get an email saying they are too busy to make them. We're all busy but I guess they are just too busy to treat customers with simple courtesy and be honest in the first place rather than wait six weeks to say it's not something they can help with. Never again, total waste of time.

Tried calling up to check stock for a certain product, if they’d had to stock I wouldn’t of bought it, lady on the phone didn’t seem interested in any sort of custom, customer service needs improving rapidly.

Waked in and had no service, no pricing etc.... we had to dig deep for the info and left.... absolutely not recommend, waste of journey

Rang so many times to cut some logs never got back to me. Drove there after being told they wpuld do them and then got told we dont normally just a general poor service.
