First time I have ever gone through a dealer for a second-hand vehicle, and if I do again then whoever I end up dealing with is going to have to work very, very hard to beat Twells. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough, great communication (they phone you back when they say they will), friendly and helpful from start to finish. On the van I bought, there were a few small things that needed fixing which we agreed would be completed before I picked up the vehicle - these were all attended to, and without any delay/fuss. Andrew and the team went out of their way to get the van ready for a weekend trip away that I needed it for, and offered to stay beyond their usual hours if I needed to as I was travelling some distance to collect the van. Good to have a year's MOT and parts/labour warranty chucked in too FOC. Thank you for a hassle-free purchase Andrew and team.

Recently bought our son a car from Twells, from start to finish the experience was first class. We had a problem with one of the wheels, which wasn't apparent until we drove home. We contacted the garage and they told us to get the wheel repaired and they would refund us, which within 2 days this had been done.

Bought a car online and can not be any happier with it. Normally I would like to see the car in person but having spoken with Dan over the phone he was honest with the car's condition and it was very obvious he is true to his word when I travelled a couple of hours to collect the car.
