Just registered with the surgery, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful, I look forward to seeing how it will all go,with time,so pleased to be accepted.

After moving from Ruskington Medical Practice who were absolutely awful, unprofessional, rude and neglectful to Billinghay wow what a difference, they are amazing, all of the staff we have come across are helpful, respectful and soo caring. The doctor for us that has gone above and beyond to help is Dr Raja alongside NP Laura between them have been amazing 👏 thank you all for all you do x

Billinghay Medical Practice has a fantastic reputation, even people I know that have moved away all wish they could of stayed with this surgery. We have some of the best doctors around we are very fortunate, and myself and my family are forever grateful. Thankyou

Unhelpful,very aggressive,rude receptionist. I feel like it’s difficult enough to attend a surgery and causes anxious feelings for a lot of patients without being greeted by someone so rude!. I was going to register myself and my family , but have decided to pick another surgery in the area.

Nothing but praise for the service and care l have recieved since joining the surgery, 6 years ago.

Went there with a rash on my face ,and was told by doctor pastfeild that it was an allergic reaction,giving steroid cream and antihistamines to treat,turns out it was ringworm and the steroid cream was feeding it and made it worse,we have a family history of Dr pastfeilds careless diagnosis, do better!!

Very unhelpful receptionist. Im being treated for cancer at Nottingham City Hospital. The ward hadnt received my blood results. Was advised by the unhelpful and rather abrupt female receptionist to ring the Pilgrim Hospital and ask them. When I requested where in the hospital reply, phlebotomy. Im new to the practice and very disappointed. Dont be a receptionist if you cant be bothered to help people .

Superb surgery have been a patient for 20 years Doctors are outstanding as are rest of the staff.
